DANCER
Juan Carlos Reynaga, argentine tango instructor born in Mexico, with 14 years of experience dancing and more than 10 years of teaching. He started his tango studies in Tijuana, Baja California, with local instructors, and increased his experience in tango festivals and classes inside and outside the country. Some of them were classes in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tango Congress in Cuba, Las Vegas Tango Festival for five consecutive years, SoCal Tango Championship and Festival in LA, Gavito Tango Festival in LA, Tango Maya Congress in Cancun, Mexico, Bajio Tango in Guanajuato, Mexico, and took classes and participated in competitions in Mexico City. Some of his teachers were Carlos Barrionuevo and Mayte Valdes, Jerry Perez and Christine Urgell, Gabriel Misse and Analia Centurion, Vanesa Villalba and Facundo Piñero, and others.
He is also founder of Sin Fronteras Tijuana Tango; he participated with this organization for more than 13 years, promoting tango culture in Tijuana, Baja California. He is also founder, director, dancer and choreographer of Compañía de Arrabal, tango escenario dance company in Tijuana. He participated dancing in milongas and festivals all over the state of Baja California, such as Festiarte, Entijuanarte, Day of the Dead Festival, The Book Fair and others. He danced in Tango and Wine Festival in Valle de Guadalupe in 2017
